EASENERGY finances, builds, owns and operates solar-plus-storage plants behind its clients' meters, mainly in Hungary and across the CEE region, and sells the output under long-term, fixed-euro, PPA-style rental agreements.
WHY WE EXIST
The roof is there. The project is the hard part.
Most sites we talk to have thought about solar and stopped. Not for lack of conviction: a solar-plus-storage plant demands capital, engineering, Hungarian permitting and a decade of operational attention, none of which is the core business of a factory. So the roof waits, while the site keeps buying every kilowatt-hour from the grid at some of the most volatile prices in Europe.
EASENERGY exists to take that work off the site's hands. We put up the investment, take the project through design, permits and construction, then own and run the plant for its whole life. The site does one thing: buy the electricity, at a fixed euro price, below what the grid charges.

The investor
We finance 100% of every system. Your CAPEX budget stays untouched, the asset never lands on your books, and the financial exposure is ours.

The builder
Engineering, procurement and the full Hungarian permitting path, from the fire-safety review to MEKH registration and the use permit, handled by one team on your behalf.

The operator
For the entire 10–20 year term we manage, maintain, monitor and insure the plant. Performance is our problem by contract, not yours.

The price is set in euro, for the full term
Indexation exists only if you ask for it. It is never fine print.
