EASENERGY is a Hungarian energy company that finances, builds, owns and operates solar-plus-storage plants behind its clients' meters — across Hungary and the CEE region — and sells the output under long-term, fixed-EUR power purchase agreements.
WHY WE EXIST
On-site energy is obvious. Getting it built isn't.
Energy-intensive companies in this region live with some of Europe's most volatile electricity costs — while their own roofs and land sit unused. The reason is rarely conviction; it's friction. A solar-plus-storage plant demands capital, engineering, Hungarian permitting, and a decade of operational attention that has nothing to do with your core business.
EASENERGY exists to absorb that friction. We put up the investment, take the project through design, permits and construction, then own and run the plant for its whole life. You do exactly one thing: buy the electricity — at a fixed EUR price, below the grid.

The investor
We finance 100% of every system. Your CAPEX budget stays untouched, and the asset never lands on your books — the financial exposure is ours.
The builder
Engineering, procurement and the full Hungarian permitting path — fire-safety review, MEKH registration, use permit — handled by one team, on your behalf.
The operator
For the entire 10–20 year term we manage, maintain, monitor and insure the plant. Performance is our problem by contract, not yours.

Skin in the game
We own every system we build, so we only do well when the plant performs. The incentive never drifts from yours.
Fixed means fixed
Your price is set in EUR for the full term. Indexation exists only if you choose it — never as fine print.
No surprises
Take-or-pay, purchase options, every obligation on both sides — on the table before you sign, in plain language.
Local by design
Hungarian permitting, Hungarian grid realities, EUR contracts built for CEE balance sheets. We work where you operate.
