We do not sell personal data, do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling, and do not send marketing emails without your consent.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to two years after our last contact.
- Where a contract follows: for the term of the contract and then until the general limitation period ends (five years under the Hungarian Civil Code).
- Invoices and other accounting records: eight years, as required by the Hungarian Accounting Act.
- Server logs and cookies: as set by our providers and in the cookie policy.
Who else processes it
- Squarespace Ireland Limited (Dublin, Ireland): website hosting and statistics.
- Weglot SAS (France): translation of the website.
- Google Ireland Limited (Dublin, Ireland): our email and document services.
- Professional advisers (lawyers, accountants) and, for a signed contract, our financing partners, where needed and bound by confidentiality.
Some of these providers belong to groups based in the United States. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict its use or to receive it in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Where you gave consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect earlier processing. We reply within one month.

Please contact us first, so we can put things right. You also have the right to complain to the Hungarian data protection authority:
